VEGAN KID

So, we forgot about this blog. Until we made the yummiest, most amazing chocolate chip cookies the other day(from Vegan with a Vengeance) and Shae said "Hey! Let's put this on the internet!". Those cookies are sheer magic. They are reminiscent of Soft Batch cookies. Sigh.


So, here are the cookies:





And here's Shae grinning like usual. Note the cookie dough mustache.





And here he is cuddling his sweet grandma ("Grandma Cat")...





She is in the later stages of Alzheimers, we are her caregivers. Shae had just made her a sandwich and sat in her chair with her reading a magazine to her.
